Ron Moilenan - Auditor's Report Board went over the financial statements and reports. Mr. Moilenan had compared the 1983 financial statements to 1984. He noted that the depreciation fund was not segregated as yet in the department. The Treasurer should keep it separately, and the Board felt that they should get a legal opinion on it before making a change. The interim financial state- ments are now being prepared for the Board. From the computer mapping we will have a better fixed asset ledger. Mr. Larch should check the - DPU records from 1970 to get numbers on major items like poles, wires, etc. It was also suggested to buy out N.E. Telephone's share of the poles and charge i't back to them to make a profit.
