MINUTES OF MEETING
SEPTEMBER 17, 1991 _ _
PRESENT: Chairman Tartufo, Commissioners Colella, Pasquale,
Robinson and Sarro.
Meeting called to order at 7 :09 pm
MOTION: To approve minutes of July 30, 1991

KWH /REVENUE AVERAGES
Commissioner Pasquale requested that the Manager determine why the
Hi- Tension Industrial accounts kwh /sales ratio went from $10.64 /kwh
in 1989 to 10.37 /kwh in 1990. The Manager informed Commissioner
Pasquale that he had sampled several industrial customers and everything
looked okay. The Manager is going to ask our auditor to investigate
this problem.
EVICTION NOTICE CREEDEN STREET
The Manager advised the Board that we had received a 90 day notice
from the Creeden Street Landlord. The Manager advised the Board that
he would have to move swiftly to find a new office site for the
Electric Department.
MOTION: Allow the Manager to conduct a search for available office
facilities.

*Chairman Tartufo abstained from the vote.

The Manager advised the Board that he planned to advertise in the two
local newspapers.
NON -UNION CLERICAL WAGE INCREASES
The Manager requested a wage increase pool of 7% for the non -union
clerical electric department staff. The Board agreed not to take any
action at this time. The Board requested that the Manager provide
them with a copy of the MMA study which was performed in 1990.
