Commissioner Sarro reported he had received a call from Kim Titus, Business
Manager, advising that "they chose to not go with fact finding.and go with
the Commissioners' offer: 31 %, 4% and 4 %."
* MOTION: To ratify the negotiated contract between the Light Commissioners and
the Mansfield Municipal Electric Department employees union for three
years, as offered by the Light Commissioners December 10, 1991.
