Aerial Bid with Utility Body R.F.P.
The Manager advised the Board that he received seven bids from
five different vendors. Each vendor took a lot of exceptions and
the Manager is in the process of reviewing each bid in order to
determine which truck he wants to purchase.
The Manager informed the Board that he would review the bids and
prepare a recommendation for the Board and will ask to meet with
the Board prior to a scheduled Selectmen's meeting in order to
award the bid. Per the bid specifications, the bid must be
awarded thirty days from July 20, 1994.
* *At this time, Commissioner Robinson arrived at 7:30 pm.
At this time the Chairman polled the Board to go into executive
session to discuss contract negotiations.
Vote 4 - 0
** *The Board adjourned Executive Session Meeting at 9:15 and
returned to Open-Session for the sole purpose of adjourning the
Meeting.
MOTION: To adjourn the Meeting at 9:15 pm
