PRESENT: Chairman Royle, Commissioners Colella, Pasquale, Robinson and
Ronald.
Meeting called to order at 7:22 pm
MOTION: To nominate Doug Ronald as Chairman of the Board of Light
Commissioners
Pasquale/Robinson Vote 5 - 0
MOTION: To nominate Chico Colella as Clerk of the Board of Light Commissioners
Pasquale/Ronald Vote 5 - 0
MOTION: To award the bid for an air compressor to Parker Dunner Company at
a price of $10,320 with the stipulation that an itemized list of equipment
be provided to Mansfield Electric Department as specified in the bid.
Pasquale/Royle Vote 5 - 0
MOTION: To adjourn at 7:25 pm
