1. Mecting called to order at 7 :00 p.m.
Motion: To appoint Mr. Cleary Acting Chair (Collins- Ashman - Collins) All in favor. PASSES
2. Correspondence
1. Request for partial release of surety— Lincoln Place/ Memo from Subdivision Inspector
Mike Ahern recommending the release of $77,634.31; new balance will be $295,952.14
Motion: To release $77,634.31 (Feck - Collins) All in favor. PASSES
2. Request for partial release of surety — Stanley Village / Memo from Subdivision Inspector
Mike Ahern recommending the release of $9,978.55; new balance will be $89,879.94
Motion: To release $9,978.55 (Collins - Ashman- Collins) All in favor. PASSES
Ms. Collins said the Garden Club will be working on the middle common on Saturday, October 5
to trim back the shrubs to improve sight lines.
Motion: To adjourn at 7:05 p.m. (Feck- Collins) All in favor. PASSES
