1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
I 2. Downtown Site Walk
The members of the Planning Board met at Town Hall and walked northerly on North
Main Street. Along the way, the board stopped outside various downtown businesses,
including Sweet & Crafty, Fales Oil and Cuneo's. The board walked across the bridge
over Route 106 to the train station, then to the intersection of North Main Street and
Oakland Street. During the walk, the board discussed issues of lighting, signage,
building facades, parking and traffic circulation.
During its site walk, the board met and spoke with Rep. Jay Barrows and Vincent Botti.

Motion: To adjourn at 9:00 p.m. (Jodice- ) All in favor. PASSES
