Mr. French noted that a response regarding attendance at the joint Planning Board/ZBA meeting on October 7a' has only been received from one member. He suggested it might be better to postpone it until an agenda is drafted and more ZBA members are able to attend. Mr. Burke was asked to draft such an agenda and to send a memorandum to the ZBA suggesting the meeting be postponed until both boards have the opportunity to review the agenda. Board members noted that with the number of repetitive petitions received for sideyard variances, it might be good to make the topic an agenda item. Scenic Road Public Hearing — Gilbert Street at the Walsh Well Site Mr. Burke reviewed the plan, showing the four one -inch trees to be removed to gain the necessary sight distance, and the boulders to be relocated to allow entrance to the access road to the well site and placed along the side of the dirt access road. The front wall will wrap around the radius of the turn to keep the wall intact and prevent access around the gate. Motion: To find that it is in the public interest to remove four (4) one -inch (1 ") trees and to relocate a portion of the stone wall on the northerly side of Gilbert Street for the access road to the Walsh Well Site, increasing sight distance and providing a safer intersection.
