Motion: To reconsider the Planning Board vote of April 29, 1998 regarding Article 40
on the Annual Town Meeting warrant - Acceptance of Monahan Lane.
(Torman - Frank) 4 -0 PASSES
Motion: To make a positive recommendation on Article 40, if amended to include only
the middle section of Monahan Lane within the Tara Estates Extension subdivision and
related drainage, water, and utility easements as shown on the "As -Built Plan and Profile
of a section of Monahan Lane Station 0 +0 to 3 +65.10 dated December 1, 1993" prepared
by Bay Colony Group, Inc.
