December 9, 1995 • Site Walk
PRESENT: Chairman French, Clerk Sullivan
PLANNERS: Bonda, McShane
1. Clerk Sullivan, Planners Bonda and McShane, and Shaun P. Burke met at
Town Hall at 8:00 A.M.
2. 8:15 A.M. Site of Proposed Wayfield Subdivision on West Street
The board was joined by Mr. French at the site. Also in attendance were the
applicant, Kevin Delaney, his surveyor, David Grant, and abutter Sandra
Levine.
The board walked the site, including the center line of the road and drainage
area, observed the test holes and topography of the site. At the conclusion of
the site walk, the board had further comments and questions for the applicant.
Clerk Sullivan requested the preliminary decision on the Wayfield subdivision
and any department head comments be forwarded to the board prior to the
next meeting.
3. Correspondence
1. Memo from Dan Clifford recommending the surety amount for Hodges
Brook Estates Phase I1 be set at $51,000.
2. Memo from Joan Cutillo indicating her office has a passbook for the
Hodges Brook Estates Phase II subdivision in the amount of $51,000.

Motion: To sign the Form J Release
(Sullivan - Bonda) All in favor. PASSES
4. Adjournment
Motion: To adjourn at 9:15 A.M.
( Bonda- McShane) All in favor. PASSES
