The clerk read a letter from Attorney Robert Mangiaratti regarding
the proposed settlement with James Vadala on Eastbrook Estates and
Serena Way Estates.
Mr. Burke said he agrees with Attorney Mangiaratti and recommended
the board accept the proposal.
