1. Meeting called to order at 8:30 P.M.
2. Fox Street
Motion: To accept surety.
(Cadden - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
Motion: To sign the Form J.
(Cadden - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
3. Releases
Serena Way
Motion: To release to reduce surety.
Necco (Cadden - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
Motion: To release to reduce surety.
(Cadden - Annino) All in favor. PASSES.
Tara Estates
Motion: To release to reduce surety.
(Cadden- Annino) All in favor. PASSES.
Deerfield Estates
Motion: To release to reduce surety.
(Cadden - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
Tara Extension
Motion: To release to reduce surety.
(Cadden- Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
4. Field Modifications
To require Deerfield Village to have a substitute guard rail
and to use kiln dried, pressure Southern Yellow Pine with a 30
or 40 year warrantee.
Motion: To approve modifications.
(Caponigro - Cadden) All in favor. PASSES.
5. Treetops
Motion: To extend the bond to September 1, 1994 with the
proviso that the surety be extended 90 days beyond that date.
(Caponigro - Cadden) All in favor. PASSES.
6. Zone II Study
The study was accepted by the state. The board would like to
draft the Zone II by -laws for the Special Town Meeting to be
held October 25, 1993.
Motion: (Annino - Cadden) All in favor. PASSES.
7. Massapough Estates
The board accepted the applicant's request for a modification
hearing, which will be held Wednesday, September 29, 1993 at
8:00 P.M.
8. Zoning Recommendations
Donegal Way
Motion: To approve the variance request for Donegal Way in
Eastleigh Estates North because of the public safety issues.
(Cadden - Annino) Madan abstains. PASSES.
Maple Street
Applicant had presented a sideyard setback request, but
frontage information on the application is incorrect; there is
no sideyard setback shown. Due to inadequate information, no
recommendation was given. (Annino - Caponigro)
Gilbert Street
Sid'eyard setback request for both sides. Structure has two
non - conforming additions and covers most of the lot. Request
given a negative recommendation because other methods are
available. (Annino - Caponigro) Cadden abstains.
9. Correspondence
Reading of correspondence followed.
10. Beaumont Pond
Motion: To endorse the Form A. (Copy to Joan Cutillo)
(Cadden - Caponigro) 3 in favor 1 opposed. PASSES.
11. 46 Chauncy Street
Motion: To sign the site plan.
(Caponigro- Cadden) All in favor. PASSES.
12. Shady Brook
Motion: To sign the special permit plan.
( Caponigro- Cadden) All in favor. PASSES.
13. Chairman commends Planner Annino on his work on the Municipal
Building Committee building study.
14. Around the Table
The preliminary findings of the Municpal Building Committee
study will be discussed at the September 29 - }, 1993 Planning
Board meeting.

15. Marvilyn Powers thanked the Planning Board Chairman for
attending the Conservation Commission meeting of September
13, 1993 and for demonstrating an interest in the workshop.
