2. MOTION_ To support Special Town Counsel. in his efforts.
(Fllynn- Annino)(6 - -0 -1) Planner Sullivan Abstains.
PASSES.
3. 7:30 P.M. -- Baybrook Farm Cluster Development Vote
Shaun Burke, Director of Planning and Development stated the
revisions which have been made to the plan.
Board Member Comments:
The Planning Board. discussed the work hours on the site.
A concensus of the Planning Board showed that they would be in
favor of allowing heavy equipment operations Monday through
Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and all other work Monday
through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m, and Saturday 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.
Planner Annino began a discussion of residents of the cluster
removing trees outside of the "limits of clearing" and if
there should be a penalty for same stated in the special
permit.
Planners Caponi.gro and McClanahan stated that all their
concerns have been addressed.
Planner Annino expressed concern over the number of house
styles.
