Zoning Board of Appeals Recommendations:
Dr. John Carns Walton - 29 Henry Street
MOTION: To send a negative recommendation to the Zoning
Board of Appeals for the following reasons:
1. The application strongly derogates from the
intent of the Zoning By -Law as it relates to
residential density.
2. The proposed lot sizes are only
approximately one half of the required
minimum lot size in the R -2 Zone; therefore,
creation of two non- conforming lots would in
effect double the density permitted by the
Zoning By -Law in this neighborhood.
(Quinn - Flynn) All in favor. PASSES.

5.2.3 of the Subdivision Rules and Regulations
for Rosewood Court and Cooper Road for the
following reasons and to suggest the developer
consider applying the wearing course of asphalt
in the spring simultaneously to the application
of the wearing course on Bird Road.
No explanation has bee provided as to crhy
granting the waivers would be in the public

2. It is the opinion of the Board that it is in
the public interest to have both roads
withstand one entire winter at a binder
