MOTION: To send a letter to Mr. Sliney advising hi that the Planning Board has

Planner Flynn - Effect of density on the water table

The applicant requested a continuance of the hearing to June 12, 1991 at
8:00 P.M.

Paul Folkman presented the plan to the Planning Board
Board Member Comments
Clerk McClanahan - The residential compound plan is the
best of the two. Less burden on
the Town.
Planner Quinn - More detail of abutting properties
should be shown on the plan.
Paul Folkman will be speaking with the Conservation Commission about wetlands.
and will also be responding in writing to Shaun Burke's memo to the Planning
Board dated April 17, 1991.
Request from Paul Folkman to continue the hearing to June 12, 1991 at 9:10 P.M.
