Public Discussion Board Members Flynn - Prepared to vote in favor once I see the wording for the open space document. Do not want to close the hearing. Ownership of non - profit organization. A concensus of the Board showed that if there is a major transfer in ownershi the Board would require the applicant to come back before the Planning Board for a special permit. A concensus of the Board showed they would vote for the proposal if all con- cerns are addressed. The applicant requested a continuance until May 22, 1991. MOTION: To continue all three hearings until May 22, 1991, at B:00 P.M. (Flynn - Annino) All in favor. Passes. 4.
