1. Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M.
2. 7:30 P.M. - Special Town Meeting - Zoning Petition Public Hearing
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of Mansfield
Zoning Map 1 and Zoning Map 2 to the extent necessary to rezone a
certain parcel of land from its present classification or R -3 to
I -3.
Petitioner: John Connor
After Clerk Cadden read the public hearing notice, Chairman Madan
explained the public hearing procedure to the petitioner and
public in attendance.
The petitioner's son, Paul Connor, presented the petition for
changing the zoning map.
Public Comment

Expanding business, increased traffic generation, and noise
The public hearing was closed at this time.
MOTION: To support the petition because it was a drafting error
rather than deliberate attempt to rezone the land.
(Flynn- Cadden) All in favor. PASSES.
