1. Meeting called to order at 7:10 P.M.
MOTION: To appoint Planner Sohn as Acting Clerk.
(Flynn - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
2. 7:11 P.M. - Zoning Amendment Public Hearing
Acting Clerk Sohn read the public hearing notice.
Shaun P. Burke offered an explanation of the proposed amendment.
Discussion followed.
MOTION: To support the proposed zoning change and place it on the
next Town Meeting warrant.
(Flynn - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
3. Street Acceptance For Town Meeting - Discussion
Correspondence
Letter from Robert Swanson stating that a final inspection has been
conducted on Squire Avenue and that he recommends the street be ac-
cepted at Town Meeting.
MOTION: To support the acceptance of Squire Avenue at Town Meeting.
To release the remaining surety balance with the exception
of an amount sufficient to clean all catch basins.
(Flynn - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
