1. Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M.
MOTION: To accept the minutes of March 14, 21, 1990 but to add to
the minutes of March 14, 1990 that the Board wanted Mr. La-
Casse to come in and address the whole Board.
(Flynn - McClanahan) 4 in favor. Chairman Madan abstains. PASSES.

(8:15 P.M.) MOTION: To continue the hearing for Fuller Estates until
the conclusion of this hearing.
MOTION: The entire subdivision shall be completed by July 1, 1990
in accordance with the following work schedule.
1. Fire alarms shall be installed and operational by
April 30,1990.
2. The Pond shall be completed by July 13 1990.
3. Streets, bounds set, as built plans, street trees
planted, loaming and seeding shall be completed by
July 1, 1990.

Planner Flynn left the meeting for this hearing.to go to the Solid Waste Meeting with

(8:45 P.M.) MOTION: To continue the hearing for Elmwood Estates
until the conclusion of Oakhill Estates.
(McClanahan- Annino) All in favor. PASSES.
MOTION: The entire subdivision shall be completed by September 15,
1990 in accordance with the following work schedule.
1. Fire alarms and street lights shall be installed and
operational by April 30,1990.
2. The granite and top course of asphalt for sidewalks and
roadway shall be in by June 30, 1990.
3. As builts, bounds set, trees and lawn area in shall be
completed by September 15, 1990.

The fire alarm box in question shall be resolved with the
Fire Department.(Fire Alarm in front of Lot 15)

shall be completed by September 15, 1990 in accordance with
the following work schedule.
1. Fire alarms and street lights shall be installed and
operational by April 30,1990.
2. The sidewalks, granite and top course of asphault shall
be in by July 30, 1990.
3. Bounds set, as built plans, street trees, loaming and
seeding shall be complete by September 15, 1990.
4. Street trees shall be planted by September 25, 1990.

8. Stearns Hill Estates - continued Public Hearing
Ralph Maloon presented the plan.
The placement of driveways have been revised. (a concern expressed
at an earlier hearing)
Mr. Maloon also showed which roads would have one sidewalk and which
roads would have two.
