1. Meeting called to order at 4 :00 P,M,
2. site Plan Review - E)ementary School Complex - HMFH Architects
John Miller, HMFH Architects) and Tom Doolittle, Landscape Architect,
presented the plan to the Board.

Department Head Comments were read
Board's questions /comments
MOTION: To send a positive recommendation to the Building Inspector,
with all department head comments to be addressed, and with
the following Planning Board comments:
1. Sloped granite curbing should be installed throughout the
entire site.
2. An oil water separator should be installed as a separate
structure on site in accordance with the typical detail
used in the Town of Mansfield.
3. The Municipal Building Committee should contact the Board
of Selectmen in order to make the on -site traffic signs en-
forceable by the Police Department.
4. The access road located at the southeast corner of the site
should be buffered.
5. Street lighting should be screened from abutting property
owners.

MOTION: To write a letter to the Municipal Building Committee expressing the
Board's concern about seeing the site plan at such a late date. This
Board should have reviewed the site plan months ago.
