1. Meeting called to order at 7:45 P.M.
2. Clerk's Report
Correspondence
MOTION: To appoint Planner Annino temporary clerk in Planner McClanahan's
absence.
(Flynn- Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
MOTION: To accept the minutes of June 7, 1989.
(Flynn- Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES
Memo from Bob Swanson to Shaun Burke concerning water flow problems at
Massapoag Estates.
MOTION: To send a letter to the Selectmen stating that the Board is
aware of the pressure problems, and to enclose the above memo.
(Caponigro- Annino) All in favor. PASSES.
Letter to Town Counsel from Shaun Burke concerning the taking of the
bond on Mansfield Manor from Pasco Construction.
Letter to the Board from Town Counsel conerning street intersections
Letter to Shaun Burke from K. Hovninian Companies of Mass., Inc.
concerning the Ash property.
Letter to the Board from the Mansfield Co -Op concerning the Forest
Park bond.
Letter from the Mass. Federation of Planning and Appeals Boards con-
cerning dues.
MOTION: To Accept.

3. 8:00 P.M.- Public Hearing on Pheasant Hollow Subdivision- Applicant:
Harrington and Matto.
At 8:00 P.M. Chirman Madan opened the public hearing for "Pheasant
Hollow ". After discussion with the applicants, the public hearing
was closed.

4. Continuation of Correspondence:

5. 9:00 P.M.- Public Hearing- Beaumont's Pond- Applicant: Paul Folkman
At 9:00 P.M., Chairman Madan opened the public hearing for Beaumont's
Pond. 'After discussion with the applicant and the public, the public
hearing was closed.
The following motions were made at this public hearing:
MOTION: To close the public hearing on Beaumont's Pond.
(Caponigro- Annino) All in favor. PASSES.
6. 10:00 P.M.- Public Hearing- Sturbridge Estates - Applicant: Jess
Realty Trust
At 10:00 P.M., Chairman Madan opened the public hearing for Sturbridge
Estates. After discussion with the applicant and the public, the pub-
lic hearing was continued to July 28, 1989, at 7:00 P.M.
The following motions were made at this public hearing:
MOTION: To continue the public hearing until July 28, 1989, at 7:00 P.M.
(Caponigro- Annino) All in favor. PASSES.
At this point, Planner Flynn had to leave the meeting, and the quorum
was lost.
