1. Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M.
2. Bond Releases
Request from Andrew French for the remaining balance of the John Williams
Estates bond be $59,533.00.
MOTION: To accept.
(Flynn - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
i• Request for the remaining balance of the Van Koert subdivision to be
` $102,851.00 from Andy French.
MOTION: To accept.
(McClanahan- Flynn) All in favor. PASSES.
Request from Andrew French that the remaining balance of the Forest Park
subdivision, Lancashire and York Road be $132,131.00.
MOTION: To accept.
(Flynn- McClanahan) All in favor. PASSES.
Request from Andy French that the remaining balance for the Chauncy
Place subdivision be $20,538.87.
MOTION: To accept.
