The Conmlittee reviewed the FY12 Budget model.

Net School Spending:
This was reviewed with the Town Manager. Available net revenue of $69.7 million. The school has a
$3.1 million deficit. With 70/30 split, the school would receive approximately $48.8 million. The town
would receive approximately $20.9 million. The town currently has a $209,000 deficit going into
FYI2.
Mr. Lazzara reviewed the Net School Spending details.
Miscellaneous:
The Chairman requested that those Committee members assigned to their area of responsibilities meet
widl the individual department heads to discuss their FY12 budgets.
