Mr. Ross explained to the Board that this is in reconsideration of the Entertaimnent License for The South Shore Antique Auto Club, but under their non -profit umbrella. Originally, the S.S.A.A.C, applied for an Entertainment License under their for - profit name for their upcoming "flea market" event (May I Idi- 12t1i). The issue with the original license was there is no zoning for overnight camping at the Cornetist Center, which is necessary given the wares for sale are left out overnight. Nick Riccio, Inspector of Buildings & Zoning Enforcement Officer, while investigating a camping issue for the Mansfield Elks Carnival, discovered a section within the Mansfield Zoning By -Laws, (Section 3.4.10) Temporary Use, which would "permit use by right in all zoning districts for customary non - profit, fraternal, or charitable organizations" and further included "temporary festival, auction, or flea market." Mr. Riccio felt that camping overnight for security purposes would be an ancillary or incidental use, which would be permitted with the temporary use. Since the South Shore Antique Auto Club has a non - profit arm they have asked to re -file their license under their non - profit name. Motion: To grant the Entertainment License to The South Shore Antique Auto Club, Inc. (Aptowitz/Dentino) PASSES 5:0 Mr. Dentino asked that there be consistency in regards to this finding.
