The Beautification Committee took a walk through out the downtown area and will
be presenting a list to the board soon.
. Selectman Dentino: He noticed that the clothing allowance has taken a hit again.
Although they are contractually obligated to provide this allowance he asks staff to
please not spend if you don't need to. Selectman Dentino also requests that if
residents have issues or questions with this please come to the meeting as they
hear from people second hand but it would be helpful if they would come and
address the whole board.
Various charges have come up with the warrants this week that he has questions on
so Mr. Ross will review.
Mr. Ross noted that he has been in contact with the Dept. of Labor Relations
regarding union contracts that are languishing. The town cannot change contract
benefits until a new contract is agreed to, no matter how long the contract has
been expired.
