In response to your memorandum of December 18, 2000 regarding missing minutes, my
review indicates the following:
June 9 and 23, 1999 — no meetings
July 7, 1999 — Minutes attached
July 28, 1999 — no meeting
August 4 and 18, 1999 — no meetings
December 22, 1999 — no meeting
December 29, 1999 — only have executive session minutes that have not been
released
There were no meetings on the 2000 dates listed: July 12th and 26th; August 2'd and 16 °1;
and November 22 ,d
