The Board and Staff members discussed the procedure to appeal the issuance of MEPA's
Certificate of Compliance to Great Waves and the permitting process for the Building
Inspector, Planning Board, and Conservation Commission.
Motion: To authorize Town Counsel and the Town Manager to prepare and file the
Notice of Intent to commence legal proceedings alleging that the final EIR
fails to comply with MEPA.
( Amoruso- McCarter) All in favor. Passes.
