Present: Acting Chairman Royle, Clerk McCarter, Selectmen Amoruso', Ma dan, and
Robinson
John D'Agostino, Town Manager
Chairman Madan passed the gavel to Selectwoman Royle.
Motion: That the Town Manager negotiate up to a sum of $460,000 (to settle the
Town's appeal of the Judge's decision on the Morse case) and allow
Selectwoman Royle to participate in the negotiations.
(Madan- Amoruso) Selectman Madan Aye; Clerk McCarter Aye; Selectman
Robinson Aye; Selectman Amoruso Aye; and Acting Chairman Royle Aye.
All in favor. Passes.
