November 24 1999.

Present: Chairwoman Royle, Acting Clerk McCarter, and Selectmen Amoruso and
Robinson
Richard Boucher. Treasurer - Collector
1. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM
Motion: To appoint Selectman McCarter Acting Clerk.
(Amoruso- Robinson) All in favor. Passes.
2. Bond Anticipation Notes
Motion: To approve the sale of a $4,000,000 at 4.25% Bond Anticipation
Note of the Town dated December 2, 1999, and payable April 26,
2000, to Fleet Securities, Inc. at par and accrued interest plus a
premium of $2,400.00.
(Robinson - Amoruso) All in favor. Passes.
Motion: To confirm the provisions of the Certificate of Sale of notes dated
November 23, 1999, including the consent to the purchase of the
notes by the financial advisor on a negotiate basis.
(Robinson - Amoruso) All in favor. Passes.
3. Parade Permit Application of the Downtown Business Association for
Sunday, November 28, 1999, at 2:15 PM
Motion: To approve the parade permit for November 28, 1999.
(Robinson - Amoruso) All in favor. Passes.
4. Adjournment - 4:15 PM
Motion: To adjourn.
(Robinson- McCarter) All in favor. Passes.
