Water now collects behind the houses during rainstorms. • There is blockage of the natural drain along railroad bed preventing the water from dissipating. Several areas were filled in during the clearing of the lots. • A 1 -2 foot deep pond is created with most rain storms behind 5, 9, and 12 Deerpath with no where for water to go 2) Question as to width of cul -de -sac. The street is between 19'9" to 20' 2" depending on location of measurement. Is this wide enough for fire trucks to access all houses? 3) Where the road meets the driveways is not clean. Starting to break away in some areas and there are small swales in front of driveways where water collects. 4) Sidewalk across several driveways is also patchwork that is starting to break apart. One section of sidewalk has large patch that is heaving above adjacent sidewalk 5) The curbings are very unorganized. The concrete fill between curbstones is already breaking apart after only one year. 6) Question about the sewer easement that runs from cul -de -sac to railroad bed. Is this easement also planned as access for "Rails to Trails" project? 7.) Who owns the maintenance of the island? There are currently wood chips on the top and slopes with minimal plantings. We Would like more plantings that require low maintenance. l
