Present: Chairman Madan, Clerk McCarter, Selectmen Robinson and Royle
John D'Agostino, Town Manager
The purpose of this executive session was to discuss land values and the executive
session minutes of August 26, 1998.
➢ Land Values
Mr. D'Agostino stated negotiations with Phil Eramo to purchase 12.46 Acres of land on
East Street are currently between $50,000 and $55,000; the assesses value of the land is
$47,400. A consensus of the Board was not in favor of Mr. D'Agostino offering any
more than $50,000 to Mr. Eramo.
➢ Minutes of August 26, 1998
Chairman Madan requested an amendment to the executive session minutes of August
26. The minutes should state that he does not want Great Woods to think the Police
Chief will be in attendance at all concerts not that he would like the number of concerts
the Chief will work specified.
➢ Adjournment
Chairman Madan polled the Board to go out of executive session at 10:45 PM.
