MOTION: To designate the Selectmen as a temporary screening committee.
( Royle- Colella) All in favor. PASSES.
Chairman Madan polled the Board to go into executive session to mention
potential candidates for Acting Town Manager.
Clerk Mahana - Aye.
Selectman Colella - Aye
Selectman Robinson - Aye.
Selectman Royle - Aye.
Chairman Madan - Aye.

Open Session following the executive session:
MOTION: To direct the Chairman to contact Mass Municipal Association to set
up advertising for a Town Manager.
(Robinson - Royle) All in favor. PASSES.
MOTION: For the Town Manager's position to have a salary range of $65,000
to $75,000.
( Royle- Mahana) All in favor. PASSES.
Next, the Selectmen discussed composition of the Town Manager Search
Committee. Membership suggested for the Committee included two citizens at
large, Town Clerk, Treasurer - Collector, Finance Committee representative, DPW
Director, Selectman, Council on Aging Director, and Police Chief.
MOTION: To approve the above composition of the Committee.
(Colella - Royle) All in favor. PASSES.
MOTION: The Committee shall select five finalists with five alternates.
(Boyle- Colella) All in favor. PASSES.
MOTION: To adjourn.
(Robinson - Colella) All in favor. PASSES.

William Vernon and Richard Boucher.
