Present: Chairman Madan, Clerk Mahana, and Selectmen Colella, Pasquale,
and Robinson
Robert Mangiaratti, Town Counsel
Reserve Fund Transfer Request No. 11- Transfer $70,000 to the Town
Manager's Payroll Account.
MOTION: So moved to approve Reserve Fund Transfer Request No. 11 already
approved by the Finance Committee for seventy thousand ($70,000)
dollars to transfer to the Town Manager payroll account.
(Pasquale- Mahana) All in favor. PASSES.
