Guests: Michael Lacey, President of Compo Chemical; Rick Varney, Vice
President of Compo Chemical, and Henry Lasman, Retired President of Compo
Chemical
Richard Boucher, Acting Town Manager
The Topic of this meeting was a donation of land to the Town by Compo
Chemical. Should the Selectmen wish to accept the donation, a Town Meeting
vote will be required.
