1. Gravel Property -- Potential Settlement Agreement
Town Engineer Lee Azinheira was present. Town Counsel recommended the Board of
Selectmen vote to settle the matter, with which Mr. Azinheira agreed.
MOTION: To settle the matter out of court [Mahana- Royle] All in favor. PASSES.
Lee Azinheira left the Executive Session.
2. Contract Negotiations
Supervisory Union
Clerk Royle and Chairman Madan were present but did not participate in this discussion.
Selectman Mahana provided an update concerning what took place during negotiations.
NonSupervisoiy- Clerk's Union
Clerk Royle left the room. Selectman Mahana will review the contract and clarify issues.
MOTION: To go out of Executive Session by voice vote at 10:45 P.M. [Colella-
Mahana]: Chairman Madan, yea; Selectmen Colella, yea; and, Mahana, yea.
