MEETING MINUTES

Present: Chairman William Madan; Selectmen Frank Colella; Norman Mahana; Amos Robinson

Police Department Conhacts
Selectman Mahana reviewed three individual Police Department contracts that are in negotiations
and issues that came up during the negotiation meeting. Counsel will review the contracts. Town
Manager will contact Labor Counsel and will find out why there has been no response.
No decisions were made during the Executive Session pending response from Labor Counsel.
Motion: The Board of Selectmen will go out of Executive Session at 10:54 P.M.by voice vote
(Robinson- Mahana): Mahana - yes; Robinson - yes; Madan - yes; Colella - yes. All in
favor. PASSES.
