In executive session, Town Counsel, Robert Mangiaratti, reviewed a proposed contract for severance pay for the Town Manager. The Board of Selectmen made comments concerning the contract. MOTION: To enter into the contract subject to the comments made by the Board. (Pasquale - Mahana) (4 -1) Selectman Robinson opposed. PASSES.
