Chairman Madan, Clerk Royle, Selectmen Colella and Mahana, Robert Mangiaratti, Town Counsel
The topic of this meeting was to discuss Mr. D'Agostino's proposed contract and the issue of Severance
pay. As Mr. D'Agostino's contract was originally presented, Mr. D'Agosdno would retain 3 months
Severance pay, however, Mr. D'Agostino stated he would accept 11/2 months Severance pay if he could
receive a unanimous vote. Clerk Royle refused to sign the contract as a unanimous vote. Selectman
Robinson was not present at this session. The contract for Mr. D'Agostino was signed and will be
presented with a 3 -2 vote along with 3 months Severance pay.
