February 28, 1996
Motion was made and seconded to adjourn open session and go into executive
session at 10:15 p.m.
Present: Chairwoman Royle, Selectmen Ronald, Pasquale, Robinson and Colella
Town Manager William F. Williams
The purpose of the executive session was to review the Town Manager's
compensation pursuant to his employment contact. After discussion, moiion was
made and seconded (Pasquale- Robinson) to grant the Town Manager a 2.5%
salary increase effective July 1, 1996. Vote passes. ( Royle, Robinson, Ronald,
Pasquale in favor; Colella opposed.)
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
