EXECUTIVE SESSION

Motion made by Selectman Ronald and seconded by Selectman asqua e to go
into Executive Session at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving an update on
various litigation by Town Counsel Robert S. Mangiaratti, of the lawfum of
Volterra, Goldberg and Mangiaratti. Members present: Chairman Robinson,
Selectmen Ronald, Royle, Pasquale and Penney; Town Manager William F.
Williams.
Town Contrisel gave highlights of various cases and/or legal matters now under
consideration.
• Two dog complaints are scheduled for hearings: Torres complaint February
13, 2:00 p.m.; Vaughan complaint, February 27, 2:00 p.m. Town Counsel
will work with the Dog Officer on these matters.
• Robert Goodwin, February 15, hearing scheduled for revocation of gun
permit.
• Building Inspector, Mr. Brown and Mrs. Zicolella, open air parking facility
will be filed this week or next. General discussion of these two cases. Town
Counsel will move forward with these suits. Town will issue a cease and
desist order.
• Two pending variance appeals with Zoning Board of Appeals in which the
Zoning Board will prevail.
• Town Clerk received a claim �j- m

• Airport Commission desi consultants, Faye, Spofford & Thorndike,
design problem for the fuel

• Planning Board subdivision pfpblems, Ted Mahoney, Vadala dismissed

still pending. Ice willing to pa

• MBC Unit Ventilator problem update.
MBC, Steve MacCaffiie, slander issue with contractor.
• Mansfield Fire Department, Conlon & Donnelly claim.
• Marie Perry, defect in public way.
• Garden Sheet, off of Pleasant Street, Mrs. Benson.
General discussion continued with questions from board members answered by
Town Counsel.
• Mechanical Inspector position was brought up.
• Various Karl Clemmey complaints were mentioned.
Great Woods license renewal was mentioned. Various requests of members
made of Town Counsel regarding miscellaneous items on license
requirements.
Motion made by Selectmen Royle and seconded by Selectmen Pasquale to return
to open session at 8:00 p.m.
