The purpose ofthe executive session teas to dis,:uss the purchase of the Gonsahas Property
tvhiah is sitttated behind the Robinson School.
Selectmen Ro }de and Pasquale are acting as negotiators for the Town. Nlrs. Lanier Gonsalves
Richardson is the owner orthe property. The Select=men discussed the September appraisal
and the appointment of Mrs. Richardson as executrix of the estate.
There was a discrepancy in the amount of laud that ryas required by the State Building
Assistancc Bureau (SBAB) for in order to successfidly gain approval Formate funding for the
sckooi projects. Before the Towtt can counter offer on the Property .they must research the
amount of land needed for the school projects, the correct value of the property and and legal
fees that may occur in a case of laud taking by eminent domain.
The Board voted unanimously to return to open session at 10:40PN -I
