1. Meeting called to order at 3:30 PM
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss the Town Manager's contract, specifically the Town
Manager's wage increase for FY1996.
MOTION: To increase the Town Manager's wage by 3.5 percent.
(Pasquale - Ronald) (3 -1) Selectmau Royle Opposed. PASSES.
MOTION: To come out of executive session.
(Royle- Pasquale) All in favor. PASSES.
Selectman Royle - Aye.
Selectman Pasquale - Aye.
Chairnan Robinson - Aye.
Clerk Ronald - Aye.
