Selectman Royle requested the Town Manager begin discussions with Cabot Partners concern-

stated that it may be better for the Selectmen themselves to discuss the issue with Cabot
Partners.
Selectman Pasquale requested the Town Manager ask the Town Clerk for tentative dates for a
fall Town Meeting and possible dates for debt exclusions elections.
Selectman Penney stated that the discussion with the Municipal Building Committee Tuesday
evening was very informative.
Lastly, there was discussion among the Selectmen and the Town Manager of a CAMP Com-
mittee (Capital Asset Management Plan). The CAMP Committee would be an adhoc Com-
mittee to the Capital Improvements Committee, would give recommendations to CIC, and
would consist of two School Committee members, Finance Committee members, and Board of
Selectmen. At the conclusion of the discussion, the Town Manager suggested that the mem-
bers of the School Committee discuss their Capital Improvement projects with the Capital Im-
provements Committee rather than forming CAMP. A consensus was reached that Chairman
Robinson contact the School Committee Chairman to see how the School Committee feels.
