1. Meeting Called to Order at 6:45 PM
2. Request from the Saint James Masonic Lodge for a One -Day
Full Liquor License on Saturday, April 30, 1994 and a
Request for a Waiver of the Fee
Chairman Robinson passed the gavel to Clerk Ronald.
MOTION: To approve the request.
(Pasquale - Ronald) (2 -0 -1) Selectman Robinson
Abstained.
MOTION: To waive the license fee.
(Pasquale- Ronald) (2 -0 -1) Selectman Robinson
Abstained.
Acting Chairman Ronald passed the gavel back to Chairman
Robinson.
3. Memorandum from the DPW Director requesting the Board of
Selectmen waive all permit fees required to complete the
roof renovations at the Town Hall.
MOTION: To waive the fees for the Town portions of the
permits.
(Pasquale- Ronald) All in favor. PASSES.
4. Selectman Ronald requested that the Planning Board be in-
vited to join the Board of Selectmen at the Finance Com-
mittee table at Town Meeting next Monday; a consensus of the
Board was in favor of doing so.
5. Warrant No. 44
MOTION: To approve Warrant No. 44 in the amount of
$711,113.65.
(Pasquale- Ronald) All in favor. PASSES.
6. Adjournment - 6:55 PM
