PRESENT: Chairman Robinson, Selectmen Pasquale, Penney, and Royle
William F. Williams, Town Manager
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM
2. Discussion of Water Capital Charge Rate Increase
Following a discussion of the water capital charge rate increase, the Selectmen voted
three in favor one opposed (Chairman Robinson) to raise the water capital charge to
$2,400.
3. Discussion of Special Town Meeting Articles
The Selectmen took the following votes on the Special Town Meeting articles:
