EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
August 3, 1994
PRESENT: Chairman Robinson, Selectmen Penney and Pasquale*
William F. Williams, Town Manager, and Kevin Feeley
During executive session, the Supervisors' Steelworkers union contract was discussed, specifically
merit pay increases and work week hours.
A consensus of the Board of Selectmen was standing firm with the language for "work week" and have
3.25% base wage increase and a pool of .25% for merit increases.
MOTION: To come out of executive session.
(Penney - Pasquale) All in favor. PASSES.
