EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
JULY 20, 1994
PRESENT: Chairman Robinson, Clerk Ronald, & Selectman Penney
William F. Williams, Town Manager
Daniel B. Clifford, DPW Director
Following discussion with Dan Clifford, DPW Director, of the DPW Contract concerning the compen-
sation step rate schedule, the number of personal days, and the salary schedule, the following motion
was made:
MOTION: To approve the contract settlement with AFSCME and DPW as outlined by the Town
Manager in his memorandum of June 27, 1994 and with an amendment to the
memorandum suggested by Dan Clifford by adding Licensed Equipment Operators,
Mechanic, Mechanic Foreman, and Groundskeeper" to No. 2 "Article IX Compensa-
tion Step Rate Schedule..."

MOTION: To go out of executive session.
