During the executive session, the Selectmen discussed the maximum wage increase the Town would of-
fer to the Police and Fire Associations for their three year union contracts. The Board of Selectmen
took a consensus, which was in favor of offering the unions a 3.5% wage increase the first year, 3.5%
the second year, and 4% the third year and also gave authority to the Town Manager to revisit the
second year wage increase with the Board of Selectmen.
