Town Manager, Bill Williams; Town Engineer, Bob Swanson
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. Mansfield Fish and Game Club
William Morton, 560 East Street, was present, as was Mike Mallett, Sec-
retary for Fish & Game Club, Gil Taylor, Mansfield Buildings Forman, and
Greg Cauldwell, Chairman of Mansfield Conservation Commission.
After extensive discussion with all parties, Selectman Penney made the
following motions:
MOTION: To have the Town Manager write the Mansfield Fish & Game to
request that they amend their by -laws to require that a range
officer be present when the 100 -yard range is used until such
time that a shooting enclosure is built, and to consider
limiting the hours of high powered rifle shooting.
Penney /Colella VOTED: 5 -0
MOTION: To request the Town Manager to prepare a written report on
recent discussions with Town Counsel and Selectmen.
Penney /Colella VOTED: 5 -0
3. The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
