1. 9:30 P.M. - Bird Road Agreement
Town Manager presented a revised Bird Road Agreement to Selectmen as prepared by Richard
Gelerman, Esq. The Town Manager explained that this agreement is related to completing the
road with water lines to the Sharon line. The Town shall advance a $28,000 Chapter 90 con-
tribution but will be reimbursed by the parties and have acceptable security. The Town
Manager stated work is expected to commence October 28, 1993. The parties represented
DeGirolamo and Sons will do the work. After the discussion, the consensus was to add a
completion date of December 1, 1993 for the road at binder including water lines.
Selectman Royle moved to authorize the agreement subject to the December 1, 1993 comple-
tion date. Motion was seconded by Selectman Penney. A poll of the Board was unanimous.
2. Fire Department. Heating System - Inspection Fees
Selectman Penney moved to waive all Town fees for inspection service and permit for Fire
Department headquarters heating system project. Motion was seconded by Selectman Royle.
A poll of the Board was unanimous.
